Thanks so much for your interest in booking a session with us! Just a few housekeeping items to take care of before we get you guys on our calendar (this is the not so fun part). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Don’t skim, read, think and sign…pretty please and thank you!

I just want to share a little information about our philosophy on portrait sessions which will hopefully help you determine if we are the right studio to suit your needs.

My job is to help you document and capture special moments and milestones by aiding you in the planning, creation and production of your photographic art, all while maintaining an awesome experience and making sure you look amazing in your portraits. I believe some of life’s best memories are captured when there is a balance between laughter, comfort, joy and even a little crazy fun. In other words, don’t stress, they’ll be beautiful!!!

First things first, you probably would like to get a glimpse of some of my pricing and session details, all of which are located here. Almost all of my clients build their own package a-la-carte. Just to give you an idea, most spend between $600 and $1200 on their portraits, and some spend more. It is entirely up to you what you would like to create from your portraits! I believe that your portraits really come to life when they are carefully printed and displayed in your home, and you’ll love what I have to offer. If you are looking for just a few 8x10s and wallets, then I might not be the best option for your needs. I believe the apparent value of photography is widely under-appreciated, and that it is only after the photographs are enjoyed, or regretted, that their true value is made clear.

Here are a few details:
· Location: I have a gorgeous new studio that you are welcome to use. I also have a few favorite outdoor locations at my disposal as well. Totally up to you and the type portraits you wish to hang on your wall.
· Scheduling: Send me an email when you are ready to book your session and I’ll get you on the calendar. Sessions take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Several times each year, I offer mini sessions which are typically held on the weekends. These sessions are a fun way to get great seasonal/themed portraits! Mini sessions are announced on my Facebook page and/or blog, so watch for those…they fill up fast! These are the only time weekend sessions will be held…weekends are for family around here!
· I usually book about 4-6 weeks out, so please keep this in mind when scheduling!
· Everything really depends on the type of session you will have. So, let me know all of those details and we can plan accordingly!

Client Agreement
· The session fee is $100 (plus tax) and is paid at the time of booking. Session fees are non-refundable.
· There is a $300 minimum purchase when placing your order.
· Web peeks of {1-4} images after a minimum order is placed.
· On-line gallery with 35-40 images within 7-10 days.
· On-line gallery will remain accessible for 7 days only.
· All orders must be placed within 7 days.
· Only ordered images (placed within the 7 day period) will be archived.
· Payment is due in full at the time order is placed.
· We accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards for payment.
· Future reprint orders require a $100 minimum purchase.
· Copy/Scanning of your images or saving from web is not permitted, in any form.
· 7% sales tax applies to all orders.
· There is an $8 shipping charge for shipped orders.
